We’re very popular with realtors because, unlike other sites of this type, we DON’T CHARGE realtors for advertising their listings. We only charge them if we send them a buyer, and then only when they close on a purchase.
If you decide you want to contact the realtor who’s listed the property directly, we will ask you for your NAME and TELEPHONE NUMBER. One of our people will then call you personally to confirm your information. At this point, a BUYER REFERRAL AGREEMENT will be faxed to the listing agent’s managing broker for their signature.
